Scope a set of checks to a team, guild, or use case without impacting the Rubric ✅

We updated how Scorecards work in OpsLevel, so that you can create Scorecards that don’t impact the Rubric. Want to set standards for your team that aren’t globally relevant yet? Or clarify the difference between different divisions within one organization?

There are tons of reasons why Scorecards might be a fit. Read our guide on When and why to use Scorecards or read the docs.

Small

See an overview of Service Maturity for your Teams and Groups 🎖️

We’ve added a Maturity Report to the Teams, Groups, and Dashboard pages so you can see how your services are performing against expected standards at any level of context.

The Service Maturity Report you're used to now appears on the Teams and Groups pages.

‍Group campaigns by team 👥

You can now group campaigns by team to track how your team is progressing against campaigns with more clarity.

A sorting function at the top of the Campaigns page allows you to group all Campaigns by Team.

Filter out deactivated users  🚫

You can now use a toggle to filter out deactivated users in your account’s user list. The GraphQL API also supports filters for deactivated_at and last_sign_in_at to allow you to find users who are deactivated or haven’t logged in yet.

A new toggle on your User List lets you exclude deactivated users.

Manually resync AWS 🔄

You can now update your catalog of infrastructure resources manually, from the AWS integrations panel. You can resync AWS resources once per hour, unless it’s in an error state—in which case you can resync as much as you need.

A new button on the AWS integration page allows you to update your catalog manually.

‍Service API Docs now support OpenAPI 3.1 🤝🏼

We now support the OpenAPI version 3.1 specification for service API docs. This comes with:

  • Schema Dialects
  • Top-level support for webhook definitions
  • Many more miscellaneous fixes/improvements

If your API documents are currently on OAS 3.1 in OpsLevel today, you will immediately see these changes.

Updates for Terraform and CLI to better support filters 🛠️

Our Go Library, Terraform Provider, and CLI Tool now support managing Scorecards and Filters (including our new Composable Filters and repository predicates). Our CLI can also now manage secrets used by Actions and Service Templates (Terraform support coming soon).

Other quality of life improvements 👍🏼

In our ongoing efforts to continue to improve your experience, we’ve made a few other updates:

  • Actions now support markdown in their descriptions
  • The Integrations page will locally remember your choice of Card or Table views
  • You can now view all the details we’ve stored related to your deploys by pressing the “Show Details” button wherever deploys are displayed

Richer context for both your humans and your AI agents

AI agents now query the same ownership, dependency, and on-call data engineers already rely on, over MCP.

The Internal Developer Portal in the Age of AI

AI is changing how software gets built, but it does not change the core problems engineering organizations need to solve. If anything, it makes them more important.

The Maintenance Work That Never Shows Up in Your Roadmap

The gap between a standard your platform team defines and a codebase that actually reflects it is where engineering capacity quietly disappears.
